Overview

This tour will give tourist the dusk till dawn experience which begins from Kuala Lumpur City and ends at the Malacca historical city! Professional driver and an English-speaking guide, and you’ll be riding an air-conditioned coach. You can take pictures of a couple of magnificent city symbols dominating the KL skyline which are the Breathtaking Petronas Towers, the tallest twin buildings in the world and two 88-story Islamic Masterpieces with a post-modern architectural design which was in 1996. The equally impressive KL Tower has the highest viewpoint in KL because it’s also the seventh tallest Communication tower in the world which tourists can experience because it’s open to the public.

The tour will drive past the picturesque and sprawling 91.6-hectare urban park known as Lake Gardens on your way to the National Monument, a historical structure that commemorates Malaysia’s fight for freedom during World War II. In the nearby National Mosque of Malaysia tourists can feast their eyes on its awe-inspiring modern Construction built using a modern architectural style in reinforced concrete to symbolize the country’s Newly gained independence. Plus, you can experience the unique balance of Eastern and Western Architecture of the historic K.L. Railway Station, built in 1886 continues to operate to this day. Once you are done with the exciting Kl City you will then proceed to Malacca which was supposed to be the historical capital of Malaysia.

The city and the state of Malacca is considered the opposite of Kuala Lumpur. Though not the capital of Malaysia, it is touted as the “Historical State” of Malaysia at night, Malacca is the site of the earliest Malaysian sultanates. Malacca is also one of the oldest trading cities in the world which is located strategically at the straits of Malacca, which attracted the attention of the big powers such as The Portuguese, The Dutch and The British. The presence of these coloniser left a huge impact on the infrastructure, culture and lifestyle of this marvellous city.

It was listed by UNESCO as the “World Heritage Site” back in 2008 which has contributed to the tremendous popularity of Malacca. Then you will head to the Dutch Square where the majestic salmon pink town hall is located. The hall used to serve as the Dutch governor’s residence. Today, Stadhuys hosts a museum showcasing a wide variety of Malaccan artifacts. You will get a ride on the local Beca (decorated Trickshaw with music) where a local rider will share some insides of the city and ride you through the unique photo stops. You will get the chance to admire the surviving gate of the Portuguese fortress, A Famosa. One of the oldest European structures built in Southeast Asia dating back to the year 1511. Our guided walk through the historic centre of Malacca allows visitors to learn first-hand about the Portuguese and Dutch influences of Malacca’s historical structures, like the Porta de Santiago and the Stadthuys. After the visit, they will proceed to enjoy a delicious lunch made with fresh ingredients, cooked in truly a Malaccan style.
